How Long The Delivery Takes?
J&T Express and LBC usually take 2-7 days to deliver depending on the location. Please order in advance if you need the items as soon as possible
Do you accept Same Day Delivery?
Yes, we accept Same Day Delivery as long as your location can be reached by Grab, Lalamove or Borzo.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery(COD)?
Yes. We do this through Lalamove COD and LBC COD. You just have to choose Lalamove COD with an additional charge of P50 for Same Day Delivery and LBC COD if you’re not in a hurry to receive your item.
Can we return or exchange an item? How?
You can exchange or replace your item, though refund is not allowed. See more in our Return and Exchange Policy.
